17 people showed up on a beautiful spring morning, mostly from our local barefoot meetup group, for a great tour of Central Park. One was doing his first ever barefoot run and one was entering his 22nd year of barefoot running. We had a very pleasant, sociable time (both amongst ourselves and with interested onlookers) as we did a 5 mile circuit. A few left us on the way and 3 went longer. I believe everyone enjoyed themselves.

the most entertaining, overheard comment was "Look, there's another guy with no feet!"

Report from Upstate NY.  I

Report from Upstate NY. I did my track workout BF to celebrate IBRD. I try to do a mile a day BF. I was thrilled to run the last mile of the Boston Marathon BF. Next year I plan to run the last 6-8 miles BF.
