i can't remember if i posted about this site or not so i'm giving it it's own thread. i was watching some of the ankle mobility vids and tried working my "good" ankle. man that hurt. reminded me to not forget about asymmetries.

Hmmm. Thanks, I think. Got suspicious watching one of the vids that the painful tightness on the inner back of my ankle after longer runs may be from a problem kind of diagonally opposite. The foot pain the morning after rolling that point on my ankle makes me guess it was causing a hidden problem there too. I think I'm glad you posted the link, might be a while before I can be sure!
