18.11 miles of running this
18.11 miles of running this week. Walked an additional .89 miles barefoot since my feet were too tender to finish my run and I forgot my VFF's (again).
Of the 18.11 miles, 9.9 miles was in VFF's. Did one run in unfamiliar area at night with very little light and it had rained earlier, so I didn't want to chance it. Then I did 1/2 of a 1/2 marathon relay on very rocky county roads...glad I didn't really consider trying that barefoot.
