I hope this is the right place for this question...

I am still super-excited that my leg length discrepency doesn't affect running BF. But (especially while I'm transitioning) I'd like to be cycling, too. Now that I don't wear any orthotics, I'm unsure if I should still use anything corrective in my cycling shoe. The shoes are stiff, almost flat-bottomed (very little arch lump), and necessary to use clip-in pedals (balances the quad/ham workout). In my shod life, I used a couple of cheap inserts on the short-leg side. Now that I'm barefoot 95% (or more) of the time, should I still do that?

I really can't risk screwing it all up again, but I want/need to be getting more aerobic exercise in my week.

Thanks for any advice!

i would think on the bike

i would think on the bike you still need to balance it out somehow. running is different because you can make a lot of adjustments but on the bike the majority of your movement points are set and not flexible. i'm not a big cyclist though so i'm just throwing out my own logic.
