Increased Vertical?

Since I've started running as God intended us to run (shoe-less and HAPPY), I've noted that I have muscles that were heretofore unknown. That is to say, my calves have had an amazing workout every time I run. I'm hoping that this will translate into a better jumping ability in basketball. Has anybody found this to be the case?

I'm going through the second

I'm going through the second barefoot transition right now. Trying to jump barefoot. It's way harder than the running transition and man talk about TOFP.

But Jimmy is right they are different.
