Such a miserable year that yesterday, April 1st was my first barefoot run of the season. 4 miles on pavement, and VFFs for the last gravelly mile for a total of 5.
It was wonderful!
It was wonderful!
Yah, looks like we might break the record for April snow storm. Forecast up to 13 inches Thursday pm through Friday! Luckily, it will quickly melt.Looks like if we nap around Valdosta maybe 5:00 am Saturday it will be 65 degrees and dry. Beats the snow any day! I don't pity the folks in MN or ND, I figure they knew what they were in for. Similarly I expect people to just see us MI people for what we are ....CRAZY to be living here! I'll take pity instead though.
Ha! We only got 9-10 inches, and it's already melting. I was almost tempted to do Xmas shopping. Not. Still, quite beautiful out this morning at 4am. Glad I hadn't changed out the snow tires yet. Soon though; upper 40s this weekend, then 50s forecast for next week. Wondering if it's even worth shoveling when I get home.By early May, for sure!
It is GORGEOUS here in Georgia!
