Any other MA races out there

I'm looking to expand my schedule this year. Anyone know any races around Boston/Eastern MA?
I already run:

BAA Marathon/Half
Tufts 10k
Falmouth Road Race

If you're interested in going just a little north, check out LOCO runners' "Will Run For Beer" series. Most of the races are right around MA/NH border and they are usually well organized. I've run a bunch of their races and had great experiences. I was hoping to get in on the half marathon at Hampton Beach, but it sold out already.

With the advanced search you can't restrict it to just eastern MA, but if you check the Exclude recurring events (daily, weekly, etc.) at the bottom there aren't that many to wade through, especially if you also restrict the race length.

May have to add the Freedom Trail race to my schedule! (Sundays b4 church)
