2nd 5k race done

Last Saturday in Ripley, NY for the school wellness program. Did it in 35:39 - 2:46 faster than my last one - almost level course. I was first in my age group...I was also the only one in my age group

. I think my next race will be an 8k in July in Silver Creek, NY. I know I can hike 6 miles BF so an 8k shouldn't be a problem to finish.

Congrats, Lee! I took 2nd in my age group at a 10K race once, but there were only three of us in my age group! Ha! We don't run against anyone else though, just ourselves, right?! ;-)
