Massachusetts

Welcome to the Massachusetts Chapter of the Barefoot Runners Society!

Thank you for cruising on over.

*** We are now on Facebook too: http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=193858434199 ***

We have an active group of Barefoot Runners and Minimalist Runners. This due to a highly educated group of runners exposed to various articles and studies, including those at Harvard.

Please take a look at what will be a leading resource for forum communication, races, fun runs and workshops.

If you are a barefoot and/or minimalist runner, this is the place to call home and join in with other cutting edge runners who are leading the way into running a more natural style with benefits a shod runner can not experience.

Please join the BRS and you will be a part of the MA Chapter offering get-togethers for races and fun runs as well as offering workshops.
