    The 8k is a really fast course. Last year there was at least one other barefoot runner. I don't think I will run it this year but may come to the finish to cheer/meet you. I don't know a lot of barefoot runners in the area. Good luck for the marathon this weekend.

    What distance are you looking at? I ran the Run the Bridge 10k over the Ben Franklin bridge (http://www.runthebridge.org/), It's in November last June in Moorestown NJ I ran the Scott Coffee 8k (5 miles). Both were very barefoot friendly on good quality asphalt.
