    The first picture is a tobacco field that has recently been planted (at least I think it is tobacco). The second is a shot of the Cumberland River and the third is of the view on the other side of the road from the river. You can tell how rough the road is in the pictures.

    I quit when I was eligible for black. I was involved for about 6 years a LONG time ago. It is possible that the equipment wasn't calibrated. I was in Taekwondo (United States Taekwondo Federation)

    I just wanted to add that on two separate occasions I have had one of the screws come out on my left shoe. It isn't difficult to screw back in but the second time I was in the middle of my run!

    I will take this one on. ;-) People make mistakes, especially in situations like that. I had to judge a match once and it was incredibly difficult. I can think of several matches that I have known that I have won (when I was in martial arts) and that is really just a part of life.

    3.54. I was wearing my Unshoes for most of the run because my feet aren't used to be running barefoot. I did take my shoes off at 2.64 miles and went a little less than a mile barefoot.

    @ Bare Lee: I wear heels occasionally and my Hubby doesn't know what to do with me. I'm two inches taller than him flat footed but the only heels I own are a good 4-6 inches, which leaves him feeling abnormally short.
