    No, it was definitely the vapor glove. Maybe my left foot is just super sensitive to that. Could also be the arch would have resolved with some wear. Maybe I got a pair with an anomaly? Anyway, I really like the new version.

    Thanks Rick White and TJ. It gives me hope. Still not running, but it is healing. I roll my foot before getting out of bed and then use the heating pad. I was able to do these exercises this morning, where previously it was too painful. I just couldn't imagine having to go to regular shoes.

    DNEChris is correct. I also saw the Vapor Glove 2 available at Running Warehouse. I tried the Bare Access Ultra, but had to return them as the arch is too built up for me. I'll be sticking with the Trail Gloves.
