    sorry forgot to post a follow sorry forgot to post a follow up- baking soda and tobbacco atempts..... but not really anything but "time" makes it normal....not that big of a deal in hindsight. fricton blisters from pushing off, at longer distances is more of a trouble....but i am very surprised...

    yeah agreed- its itchy now, i yeah agreed- its itchy now, i could run fine yesterday.....its in the arch area on the outside. i think ive read it will last about a week. the itchy part is anoying while trying to sleep.....ill make it.

    I steped on a bee or wasp while BF running some trails...this is the downside to looking ahead....i thought it was a bruise last night until i remembered that i thought i had been stung on my aquathon yesterday....lol...i can see the dot from the stinger....im not sure if i should try to dig it...

    way to go- the step up will way to go- the step up will be fine. did my first sprint tri w/ bf todd on sunday....we were not properly warned about the trails being 2" sharp rocks.....a bit of the ouch factor.....Good luck on your olympic.

    Im wondering if this is a small few- or a rapidly growing sect. That is, People chosing to ditch shoes all together, even if a slight time loss is noticed on the bike.
