    Try loosening the strap all the way(or taking it off if your model will let you). I ran a marathon with no straps and loved every step. Helped a lot with the stress on my achilles.

    But maybe running like a But maybe running like a moron(big hops with shoes on) makes you loose weight. It is inefficient after all! Then again with obesity and running with bad form one month will land you with an injury.

     If you can get out an hour a If you can get out an hour a day and run 5-6 miles every other day or daily, throw in a long run 10+ miles on the weekend early in the morning(though now about 7 AM is great since the sun is coming up), you should be fine. :)

     The slight lean is The slight lean is arguable. They are saying to bend from the ankles. This is recommended by some(Jason R. if i'm not mistaken), but others have found a vertical body with a push out from the hips helps also. This is due to the lack of gravity you have to fight.
