    Toughest barefoot trail run yet

Whoa.  I'm so happy for you, Whoa. I'm so happy for you, and so jealous. In a good way! And that is way more than a little milestone. I would love to get to the point where I can run my favorite trails bare. I can walk most parts, but certainly can't run yet. Excellent work, moka. And...

How many minimalist runners do we have at BRS?

I wish my feet could run I wish my feet could run naked all the time, but it just isn't possible for me. (Yet?) I love the trails, and my favorite ones are harsh. So it's KSO's sometimes, cheap sneakers sometimes, and bare anytime I'm on a hard surface. Maybe this will change someday, maybe...

Jason's audio interview with Living Barefoot

I enjoyed listening to it I enjoyed listening to it Friday on my run. Then in the next episode, they were interviewing a barefoot-friendly podiatrist. He kept referring to a guy in Michigan doing lots of work. One of the hosts finally said, "Yeah, Jason Robillard, we had him on last week."

SERIOUSLY, wine or beer at fatigue point

I run for wine, but only as I run for wine, but only as motivation to get me home. If I had it during the run, would I just keep going and going? Or would you find me sprawled out under a tree by the pond, talking to the ducks? Heck, either way, it's worth the experiment.
