I find leading with the hips helps a lot. It keeps me from leaning forward and putting all the stress in my toes.

Relaxed foot and legs, so not really a kiss. Heel needs to completely come down, just have bent knees.
Allow your heels to complexly hit the ground. I end to run on the forward part of my foot and had to really concentrate on this. It has helped.

I tend to get blisters on concrete but not asphalt. I suspect the smooth concrete makes me lazy.
