I just ran 19.5 km in the forrest. :) it took me 2 hours and 35 min. Took it slow and I feel fine now all over :)
I'm doing short runs after my workouts like I use to. Have decreased it a bit to 14 mins now. Seems I need to do a little less this week. :)
