My name is Luana, I'm 23 and I'm from Florianópolis, Brazil.
By the end of last year, I coudn't run a whole mile, even with minimal shoes, so I decided to try this out "completely barefoot", and it worked. I run this way for 9 months, and I ran my first marathon last month.
I'm so excited to learn more about barefoot running here!
