Had a great time running and hiking barefoot during our two week long vacation exploring parks in Utah, Arizona, Colorado and Nevada.

That's an impressive amount of sights in a two week trip.

It's like you ran all of these! http://www.grandcircletrails.com/

It was actually a comfortable family trip. Two weeks is plenty of time for me. For most of the runs I would wake up early before sunrise hitting the trails before it got too hot. My wife and my son were still sleeping in the tent while I was enjoying an hour or two of the best running.

We also stayed in Moab for two days and biked the famous Slickrock Trail and a couple of Moab Brands trails.

Wow! That's all I can say. Sure beats running in mud in a rain-sodden West Wales :(

Just gorgeous, I wish I could've been there-thanks for sharing such a beautiful journey

I bet your kid thinks you are the coolest dad on Earth! I love that you are constantly providing him with great experiences.

A little hurt you didn't call Dan.;) Beautiful pictures. Glad you had a fun time.

Sorry Rick :embarrassed:, bad time management on my side.
But this was not our last trip to Utah for sure. Beware

Wow what a nice trip! Those pictures are amazing. They look like post card photos or photos from a magazine!

It would be awesome to take a trip like this to do some barefoot running. One of my favorite things is to run in new places or on new routes. Might have to plan a trip like this for next summer.
