I'm thinking of embroidering some hats for barefoot runners. Need some advice on what type of hat you like the most (trucker's mesh or FlexFit), and what words if any you would like to see on the hat.

The ideas I had where a barefoot with "You Forgot Your Shoes" or "Doesn't That Hurt" surrounding the foot. Maybe just the foot itself?

Okay, go.

I've always kinda fancied the idea of a shirt with the words 'I KNOW what I'm doing!' on the back.

Maybe you could work that into a logo with bare feet?

OK, shameless plug here. You might want to consider some of the text that I used on these shirts that I sell at cafe press:

Note the different text front and back.

End Plug.

I have heard the "you forgot something" line a lot.

But my favorite was when I was running in a 10K and a wiseguy volunteer at the water station said "no shoes, no service"....... he was smiling and did offer me a cup but I took one from the lady next to him instead......
