Why is it that every time I come in here I jam a toe?

TJ needs to leave the lights on! :)

Haven't you put two and two together? That's what you get for coming here sporadically;)
Anyways, I hope is nothing serious.

No. But when I do, I arrive (in style) on the short bus...then I jam my toe when I enter.
So, you ride the short bus because you're the shortwhiteguy?
I see that you haven't learned to lift your feet yet, btw are you doing much running lately?

In the last year or so, I have been consistently running less mileage. 2014 was around 920-ish miles with no races, which was down from the 1200-1600 I had been doing over the last 5+ years. Age (been running for almost 35 years) and miles are catching up with me. I find motivation is the biggest factor, especially when it comes to racing - I have these cycles of 9-12 weeks before I lose it or an injury happens. I'm not sure about a specific fall marathon, but I do have my eye on a 50k Thanksgiving weekend.

Sucks to be getting old. Speaking out of of experience as I've gone through the same phase.

You show up, then shortly (ahem, ahem) after that, the site goes down. Hmmmm...
