Says I don't have permission to view "drafts".:(

Great report, fun read. Our numbers have been dwindling at races the past few years, and I notice less people quizzing me that are truly interested in transitioning. Five years ago Vibrams were everywhere and there was no shortage of folks thinking switching to barefoot would solve all their problems. No matter, for us it's the only way to keep running fun and enjoyable......and relatively pain free. You're obviously doing great!

Way to go Laura! Hope that one 'stupid' comment didn't bring you down to much. Then again I have a friend that thinks running is stupid, and makes it well known.

People always ask "Don't your feet hurt???"
I answer, "After 26 miles, don't your feet hurt too?"

After 26 miles, pretty much everything hurts :)

That's a question I've been asked a few times and I answered honestly at the time that my feet where about the only part of the lower half of my body that didn't actually hurt!
