I wonder if anyone has done all four races barefoot? Out of the millions that run this race there has to be. Anyways, I am looking at 2014 to do all four barefoot. All depends on the financials, but the family is down for it. I guess we should start saving.

They should pay you to run that 4th race! Actually, it would be nice if they did something to encourage "Dopers," like making the 4th race very cheap.

Pick your own 4 races with worthy causes and reasonable price tags. Put the difference into your vacation fund and go to (not)Disney World!

It's definitely expensive, but arguably, it's worth it. They have a pretty spectacular course, not to found anywhere else on earth. They have a bajillion volunteers and enough water and food stops to handle an army. Considering that over 20,000 people are trying to arrive at one parking lot all at the same time on race morning, it's incredibly well organized. Top-notch entertainment from beginning to end. Bad-ass medals and other treats.
