i came across this little article today from breaking muscle. developmental training is going to be the big thing everyone is talking about in a few years. many pro athletes are doing and soon more will follow. a trickle down effect will occur.

next month i'll be learning DNS, developmental neuro science. if you can find a practitioner in your area go for it. if not look for them in the future. you can try these basic principles on your own. just watch for hip rotation when you're doing the low bear or hand and foot crawling as they're calling it.

Nice! there is always something new to improve one's well being.
I guess I am going to start crawling tonight oh, wait, I am already doing it, I crawl to bed every night, does that count?

Well then, I do have a drinking problem...I don't like alcohol:hungover:
