Mileage Reporting 50th Week of 2014

15km/9.3mi today, and I went to my favourite local park for a nice and flat trail run (hopefully my adductors/core will be fine).

Result of last week's 10km trail, 1h13min, I finished 3rd in my age category (only 5 in my category, but shush ! :rolleyes:)

I guess I'll report the rest of the week since this thread is still going.

Wednesday - 4 fast sandal miles. 30 minutes.

Thursday - 6 barefoot miles. Nice and easy on a smooth bike path. Crossed 3 bridges with splintery wood, no problems. Made a bank deposit part way through my run. Had my sandals tucked into my waistband like a gun. Probably not a good idea.

Friday - 5 miles shod.

Now kill this thread.:)
