A real passion of mine is film photography. About 5 years ago I built a large darkroom in my basement and every fall/winter I get the time to get out and do some shooting and printing. I'm excited about things this year because of this revelation with being barefoot. I'm 99% sure barefootedness has changed how I think and how I see the world, so I'm eager to see how it may influence my photography. I'm pretty sure it has already influenced me to slow things down and look even closer, still, to the details. Here is a little sample of my work, all hand developed negatives and hand made silver gel prints. I must say, though, that I don't work in the darkroom barefooted. Some of the chemicals don't belong on your skin.
