my own experience and one study

I'm 30 years old
since I'm 12, my blood pressure is "a bit too high"
5 years ago my blood pressure was "waaaaaaaaaaay too high"
(I already was running, with shoes)

I'm running / walking barefoot since 2 years now
(but I also changed my diet, the way I breathe, the way I train, the way I sit...)

for the first time of my life, my blood pressure is "really good" : 120/75
it's a litlle success in my life

I know we don't need no stinkin studies, but because it ties in with my own experience I give you this one : http://www.readcube.com/articles/10.1111/j.1532-5415.2005.53407.x?r3_referer=wol&show_checkout=1
