We have new advertisements on the site. We just want to remind you all that if you are in the market to purchase new huaraches or minshoes or any of the other products we have advertised on the home page (ads cycle with every refresh of your screen), please consider clicking through our ad to make your purchase. You will not be charged extra for doing so; we just earn a small portion of the sale. You pay the same amount whether you purchase through our ad or someone else's or directly from the vendor's site.

We sure could use the revenue, so please remember us next time you are ready to make a purchase.

Thank you!

ADDED: Also, keep in mind that if you want to buy something from Amazon, anything at all, and we don't have an ad for it, you can still click through our Amazon ad to get you to their site, then navigate to whichever product you are interested in to make your purchase there. We will receive credit for it without your being charged anything extra.

Is that just Amazon.com TJ? We in the UK can only buy from Amazon.co.uk :(

Which are the Amazon adverts?
.

That's a good question. I didn't realize that parts of the world had to purchase from other Amazon sites. I would have figured that if someone purchases something from Amazon's main site, then they would have the closest distributor possible ship to that customer. I will have to find out.

When someone purchases through any of the Zazzle international sites (International BRS Zazzle Store Links), they ship from the printer/distributor closest to the customer. I would hope that Amazon could function this way too.

The Amazon ads are those tiny boxes that don't fit the site esthetically. I have asked our developer in the past to develop a module for XenForo (the site platform) to display the Amazon ads properly (it's a coding issue), but he said we have to upgrade our site first. I told him we are ready to do so whenever he is, but we can't until he brings his Social Groups & Calendar module (he wrote) up to date with the latest XF version. He is, and has been developing this module for quite some time now. He promises it will be soon.

I think we can buy from Amazon.com but we have to pay for international shipping if we do. I won a voucher code from Amazon.com once and I had to spend it on items from the US. I couldn't use it on Amazon.co.uk. Something to do with money laundering :/

I noticed its still significantly cheaper to buy from Amazon.com vs. Amazon.co.uk and pay for the extra shipping and duty for quite a few items. Amazon.co.uk is crazy expensive for non-UK items and the FX rate is pretty favorable to you.

That's true sometimes yes. I did that once when I bought 3 pairs of Sockwa from the US in a promotional offer which were a lot cheaper than I could get them in the UK. I even asked the UK agent if he could sell them to me at the same price but he couldn't.
