Ah. We should go together some time!

I planning on a r2r2r trip sometime around the 3rd week of October starting from the North rim and also next spring some hikes down the N. Rim on some of the lesser used trails. I did the Bill Hall trail to Thunder river and then down to the bottom and then back this spring and loved it. Thinking North Bass or Nankoweap.

Thanks, John, for including me in The Book publicity.

It was so nice to finally meet you at the reading in Flagstaff. . . and thanks for posting the pictures.

I just got back from five days backpacking in Havasu Canyon--mostly barefoot :) The weather was perfect for shoeless antics . . . and the waters of Havasu Creek are lovely to wade in, with some really nice squishy mud at some of the crossings on the way downstream to Beaver Falls.
