Some people believe you should just ditch the shoes altogether, not transition, just take it slow and easy. Others believe you should step down, so you can continue running (but never to the distance that you did before), and transition until you get to zero drop. Those shoes may help with that. I go with the first belief though. Cold-turkey, let your body speak to you, let your body do the work, no longer rely on shoes to control you and your body or allow them to do the work for you.
 
I got them for a tenner so was happy to try them lol. Am going to use them this week for first time. I do have my five finer vibrams so can always use those. Just couldn't resist the trainers for £10 :)
