One year ago today our Hood to Coast team made history as the first all barefoot/minimalist team! Three of you ran it 100% barefoot! Happy Anniversary guys!!!

That was a fun trip Jen. Probably the only big relay I will ever do. Anyone on the team run in it this year?
I just registered for the 2016 H2C. I will be running my first H2C and I hope to complete my sections 100% barefoot, though the rest of my team is totally into shoes. As you are runners with experience... Help.
