Anyone alway drive barefoot (or most of the time)?

Try something like this, with or without (loose) straps. They keep your feet in optimal position, but you can slide your feet out easily--great for commuting with lots of stops and starts, or with a heavy load. Work with shoes or barefoot.

Can't do it. I drive a big old International 466dt and if I don't put at least 2mm soled shoes on I can't handle the pedals for long, my arches, ankle and calf begin to hurt. Short distances, fine, but more than ten mins, nope.

I drive BF all the time. Even if the weather outside is freezing, I'll take off my shoes and socks if the trip will last longer than ten minutes.

I always drive barefoot when I remember! I always seem to forget and end up whipping them off at traffic lights. I drive a beat up old Hilux

Care to share what the 466dt is in? I assume your talking about the 466dt diesel engine thats quite popular in medium and heavy duty trucks. That reminds me I have yet to try out the big tractor barefoot lol. I'll give it a shot soon. But I do all my compact tractors and vehicles including my stick shift F350 barefoot all the time now.

I often drive barefoot after an open water swim. After swimming in a loch / lake for about an hour (and about the same amount of time that it takes for me to take my wetsuit off!), I'm often too lazy to put my shoes back on...

Haha! Yes, I drive BF frequently. I do as much as possible BF. Even at work (cubicle dweller in a call center,) I'll take my shoes off most of the day.
I like to curl my toes around the gas pedal and brake pedal.
Whole neighborhood has finally gotten used to seeing me running around or walking the dog BF.
