Hey all, just wanted you to know I'm not dead... just taking some time away from the running scene. It gave me a chance to finish my trail and ultra book. You can buy it via this link or get it for free from someone that already bought it. It's a new distribution method I'm testing.
The edited ebook version should be much better, Chase. I'm aiming for next week. It adds another 25-30 pages and should have a little more logic behind the organization. I'll forward that one, too.

Jason really tackles the tough issues that it seems most authors are afraid to talk about. Like how to properly spread your butt cheeks to poop, and how to train to failure so to build endurance.
It's the first running related book that I give 10 out of 10 stars!
Oh, I will add that there was one issue that I disagreed on. But everyone has different opinions on the Maffetone Method so its not that big of a deal!
Got your book Jason, I look forward to reading it. Kind of funny, my 9 year old opened the package thinking it was her Dork Diaries book. Would have been priceless to see my wife trying to explain the title to her.
Hey Jason, I bought two of your original books on Amazon, why is the second edition older than the one that
doesn't include that on the cover? The only reason I bought them both was because the second edition was used for a couple of bucks, and I wasn't sure if the other was the original or really a THIRD edition. It is, right?
