      Colin. I am not sure about another MK5K yet. There was only 9 runners in September 2011. The whole barefoot thing doesnt seem to have got as much of a hold up north as it has in the south. Keep watching here and on facebook and we will let you know. Martyn

    2002-2007 ran regularly with Mk Athletic. Ran 10k's, Halfs, and did the South Downs Trail Marathon (OUCH!) haven't really run much since. stumbled onto BF'ing almost by accident and have not looked back. now strengthening up and enjoying running again - for fun not PB's.
