Vff run

After all that trail running, I decided to run on the flats with my vff's. I ran along with my daughter, while she rode her bike. After a mile we ended up at her school. She ran along side me on the track. The hard mud service felt so good on my feet. I was surprised at my pace, ending up running 4 miles in 36 mom
Really like the two pair of minimal shoes I have. I have never felt so good, or run so far. Glad I made to run in the rain a few months ago.
