run to the rhythm of voices in my head . . .

I wrote this many years ago... and then last year overlay-ed it onto a photo of mine. I decided to post it here as a POSITIVE feedback to "bare as running" comment in my earlier post: barefoot . . . re-thought. My take is a bit different, yet along the same vein. Run for the beauty of the run as you will never remember clocked-times as you get older, but you WILL remember the beauty, the feeling - how you belonged to the energy of cosmos.... its way-cool. Grab your "troubles" and bring them along for the run - however don't leave them on the trail for others to find, instead - use them, understand them, use the freedom of the run, to transform them into friends.
