I'm a "barefeet runner"

I mean really, how many people run with one shoe off??
I run with barefeet. I'm a barefeet runner!:barefoot:
What is one half of a barefeet runner?
Answer, a barefoot runner.
No, wearing socks on feet is not barefeet.
No, wearing huraches is not barefeet running
Nope also to finger shoes.
When I wear minimal shoes I run shod.

Ha Ha, someone here reported about running backwards.
That would be even weirder..who joins me in my one shoe off backwards running group ?

No thanks, I have enough trouble seeing those sharp stones when I run forward. I did see someone running a marathon backwards, but he was wearing shoes. If you really want to make it challenging, do the one shoe off running backwards in the dark in snow and ice. Be sure to notify the police before you try it.

It's a great day for barefeet running in Spencerport. Fifty one degrees and sunny. Two miles of trails and nice cool mud followed by one mile of asphalt.
