So I went on a trip last week, taking my family (four awesome kids) to california to LEGOland, Seaworld, and Disneyland. But more importantly (hehe) I decided to read up on Running during the drive. So from my trusty Kindle I downloaded a random book called, "Born to Run" - you might have heard of it *wink*. Well - it's exactly was I was looking for. A great read. Anywho... halfway through the book, I discarded my Nike's and grabbed my flip-flops. I've been minumally sod for the past week - barefoot whenever possible. I hope this all works out.. and I enjoy the experience as much others have... of course once my tenderfeet toughen up. ;-)
