Ankle Flexibility

I've been thinking about ankle flexibility a lot lately and my recent running reflects that.

I think my left side is less flexible than my right side.

Thanks Adam. I want to see some videos of you running barefoot. I think there is too much talk about barefoot running in the mainstream and not much doing it. Help me promote doing it!
