Busy week visiting in Oslo. Tuesday flight from Sogndal to Oslo and Metallica consert on the evening in the Telenor Arena. Wednesday Photoshooting and filming on the roof of the Oslo Opera House - promoting CST - Norway and coming CST-IC seminar...
And finally "Barefoot seminar" under title "runningshoes dead?" by Löplabbet (runningshoes specialist store)- presenting studies, theory behind BFR... I told to the media and people my experinces in BFR. I got interviewed couple of big magazines in Norway (articles is coming during next week). This is going to get BFR in whole new dimensions here in Norway - I'm waiting really excited... I let you know response later.
Thursday I should fly back home, but because volcano in Iceland - all the flights were cancelled, so the 45 minutes flight home became 6 hours busstrip - and lucky me - I was sitting beside one of the biggest persons in athletic organization in my "state" (Sogn and Fjordane) and we talked whole trip - also about BFR...
Now in Sunday we are having a race "L?rdalsløppet" - about 7.7 km (4.7 miles) here in L?rdal - I'm going to run it with my Feelmax Osma... will be back to tell how I did it.
