First run in my VFFs so kept it short and slow. Went well! A little tight in the calves afterwards, but only a little, and that's to be expected. 10km scheduled for Wednesday.
Hey Yankdownunder, if you managed to run 6km without any pain, that is great, I would go slowly though, as it is all too easy to get injured when you do TMTS (too much too soon). Take it easy !
