Well it's only been three months BF, and about 3 weeks of that I was out of action, so now I am running again I'm not going to be hard on myself about mileage.
I have the usual lower leg stiffness after BF runs but it's worth it to feel he ground under my feet ( and today the rain on my face, down my neck et etc gotta love the UK weather!)
I am signed up for the Brighton (UK) 5k on IBRD I'm really looking forward to it. I just hope I can get myself rounf in a semi respectable time. I was 19:20 for 10k in the old days but now time is second to fun.
